Resident planning

In Tibetan Buddhism, the three poisons, namely Moha (delusion, confusion), Raga (greed, sensual attachment), and Dvesha (aversion, hate) are the three emotions that arise from the objective reflection of natural things by the five senses. In this Writer-in-Residency program, Abby attempts to use three short stories, namely an urban romance, thriller and comedy, to explore the clash between human nature and the three poisons. Through three separate stories, the characters are linked to each other to describe how delusion, greed, and aversion affect people’s destiny. In addition, she hopes to use different genres of fiction to let readers understand more about the relevance of Tibetan Buddhism to life.
