Taiwan Literature Base web announcement of its conditional opening in accordance with the minor relaxation of the level-2 vigilance guidance of the COVID-19 pandemic
The Taiwan Literature Base (hereinafter referred to as TLB) has selected for conditional re-opening the venues that are low-risk, offer static exhibits, offer ample space, require no close encounters, and that afford visitor volume controls in accordance with the rules set forth by the Central Epidemic Command Center. Opening hours and methods are as follows:
Opening hours: Tuesdays to Sundays from 10:30 to 17:30. Closed on Mondays.
Reminders for visitors:
1. Please comply with the requirements to sign in, disinfect your hands, and have your forehead temperature taken when you enter the TLB. Face masks must be worn at all time whether you are indoors or outdoors.
2. Please keep a social distance of 1.5 meters.
3. Please follow the movement directions of TLB signs, floor signs, signs at the visitors’ center, or the service personnel.
4. The following zones are periodically disinfected with alcohol and/or bleach on a daily basis i.e. the public zones as follows: the visitors center, water dispensers, lockers, toilets, door handles and doorknobs, tables, desks and chairs, sliding doors, windows, interactive and touch devices in each hall and building, and the frequently touched areas will be disinfected every 2 hours in the business hours and the floor of the visitors center will be disinfected once prior to the business hours each day.
5. It is banned from drinking and eating in any zone but drinking at the water dispenser is available. The nursery room and the wheelchair are disinfected whenever they are used.
6. The Exhibition Hall (switching to another exhibition), Muse Garden are temporarily closed.
7. The Author Stationed at the Muse Garden on Weekends event adopts the “checkerboard seating with not more than 24 guests in one room at one-time point” policy.
